The author: Jeff Kinney
I would grade the author, Jeff Kinney, an eight or a nine and here are my reasons why...
1. I like all his ideas
2. I like his style of drawing and all the characters look different witch makes it more interesting i think.
3. I love how he doesn't repeat anything in his different books
